Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 21, 2026

About the Application and Its Developer

The present Privacy Policy is applicable only to the mobile application known as PlayArt (the "App") made available on Google Play.

The App is built, held, and run by Funstudio Apps (the "Developer," "we," "our," or "us"). Within this Privacy Policy, all uses of "we," "our," or "us" point to Funstudio Apps, the legal body in charge of operating PlayArt.

In the event that PlayArt was downloaded by you from Google Play, the manner in which your information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed while you engage with the App is governed by this Privacy Policy.

Workflow Description

  1. Photographs are provided by users, who then pick a preferred template.
  2. To personalize the experience, a copy of the stable diffusion model is retrained utilizing this data.
  3. Upon completion of retraining, the system creates an avatar derived from the personalized model.
  4. Once the avatar has been produced, both the uploaded photograph and the retrained model copy are deleted permanently from our servers. Please note that particular restrictions apply regarding avatar usage—for example, nude images or the use of someone else's photos without permission is not permitted.
  5. Your personal data is never utilized for general model training or to develop other separate AI products.

User-Activated Cloud Operations

PlayArt offers selected AI-based editing, enhancement, and rendering functions by means of secure processing in the cloud. Cloud operations occur exclusively when you knowingly activate a feature requiring computation on the server side.

Uploading Prerequisites

Only after you deliberately pick a cloud-enabled feature and expressly start the processing are images, videos, or other media sent to our safeguarded servers. Your personal media is never uploaded by PlayArt automatically, surreptitiously, or without your hands-on action. Ahead of every upload, the App unmistakably communicates that cloud processing is required.

Data Storage Duration and Erasure

Uploaded media remains stored only as long as needed to carry out the requested processing. Within 72 hours following completion of processing, the original uploaded files together with the generated results are permanently and automatically deleted. Funstudio Apps holds no backups of your uploaded media and refrains from using your content for advertising, AI model training, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the service.

Security Safeguards

Industry-standard TLS encryption shields all uploads and downloads. Access to uploaded content is rigorously restricted to automated processing systems and authorized infrastructure necessary to fulfill the requested service.

Content Advisory

Considerable effort is devoted to calibrating the AI model as appropriately as we can. Nevertheless, content that you find unsuitable may still appear. If any offensive or inappropriate material comes to your attention, please alert us at adityakentautomo@gmail.com. We will respond swiftly, and your reports also contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our algorithm.

Information We Obtain

  1. Platform Interaction Records
We may obtain data regarding the manner in which you engage with our Platforms. This covers your browsing activity, clicks, downloads, shared materials, video editing actions, and any other details you furnish while using our services. Such records help us deliver the Platform's features to you.
  2. Device and Logging Information
For the purpose of ensuring reliable and secure operation, refining user experience, enabling advertising and message delivery, and protecting your account security, we obtain certain device and log specifics when you access our services through the Platforms. These encompass: a unique device identifier, GAID, device model, system language, country, advertising ID, operating system and version number, IP address, software version, network access type, network quality metrics, and service logs.
  3. Feedback and Support Records
When you get in touch with us for support or to offer feedback, we obtain the information and materials you submit, along with your contact details (such as phone number and email address). This permits us to answer your questions and provide customer assistance.
  4. Facial Recognition Details
When you utilize face editing or synthesis features, we automatically detect the position and shape of your facial features to analyze necessary information for photo processing. The resulting renderings are then sent back to you. We do not store these photos, videos, facial feature data, or renderings, nor do we share them with any third party. This processing is performed solely to enable the face recognition function and improve your output quality. If your editing involves someone else's facial features, you are accountable for notifying that individual and obtaining their permission.
  5. Cloud-Based Operations
To enable rapid and accurate image or video processing, we may temporarily upload your materials or related tags to a cloud server for effect generation. These uploads are used only for the specific processing task you request. We do not retain the materials, tags, or associated data longer than required, nor do we use them for any other purpose or share them with third parties.

Device Permissions

To provide you with better products, efficient services, and an improved user experience, we may request certain permissions on your device when offering additional features. With your consent and following the principle of collecting only the minimum necessary data, we may access the following permissions and the corresponding information:

  1. Read/Write External Storage Permission - Used to read from and write to your device's external memory card for video editing purposes.
  2. Camera Permission - Allows you to take photos and record videos within the app.
  3. Network Access Permission - Enables various online services, such as accessing and downloading materials.

The data tied to these permissions is considered sensitive. If you decline a permission, it will only prevent you from using the specific feature that requires it; your ability to use other functions in the app will not be affected. You can check the current status of your permissions at any time through your device's system settings. You are free to enable or disable any or all of these permissions according to your own preferences.

Please be aware that when you grant a permission, you are authorizing us to collect and use the related personal information solely for providing the corresponding service. If you later disable a permission, this cancels or revokes your previous authorization, and we will stop collecting or using personal information based on that permission from that point forward. However, turning off a permission will not affect any data collection or usage that occurred while the permission was still enabled.

Cookie Usage and Similar Technologies

In line with most online services, we rely on cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies. Cookies constitute small data files kept on your hard drive or in your device's memory. They preserve information about your use of our services, supporting tasks like user authentication, remembering your preferences and settings, analyzing traffic and usage patterns, measuring ad campaign performance, and enabling social features. Web beacons are small software elements positioned on web pages or within emails, assisting us in understanding your interaction with that content.

Most web browsers accept cookies by default. Usually, you may adjust your browser settings to delete or block browser cookies if you prefer. Be aware, however, that this may affect the availability and functionality of our services.

We employ third-party analytics tools to measure traffic and usage trends for our services. This analytics data is aggregated with similar data from other users in a manner that does not reasonably identify any specific individual.

We partner with third-party advertising agencies to serve ads on the internet or other media. To assess ad effectiveness and determine payment amounts to these agencies, we incorporate third-party modules into our applications. Moreover, we may include such modules to better understand how users interact with our services.
